Frank Alba Jr. “Sonny”

Co-Founder/Chief Executive Officer

Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Sonny retired from the Marine Corps with over 24 years of active duty service and more than a quarter-century of experience in communications, signals intelligence, and security. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the United States Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California, Sonny's interest in communications began as a Radio Reconnaissance Marine, where he learned communication network architecture, signals analysis, radio wave propagation theory, and communications exploitation and intercept techniques. Sonny has in-depth experience and knowledge working in industries and projects related to Central Asia, the Middle East, and the Far-East and is proficient in Mandarin-Chinese, Persian-Farsi, and Dari. He's provided signals intelligence, intelligence and security operations and planning support to organizations around the world to include: U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Foreign Military, Police, and Intelligence, and U.S. local, state, and federal law enforcement. Before Co-founding Global Frontier Communications Sonny served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Director of Operations for companies in the Energy, Textile, and Restaurant sectors.  An avid runner and fitness enthusiast, Sonny also enjoys travel, culture, and continued service to communities across the country.

Carlos G. Rinaldi

Co-Founder/Chief Financial Officer

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Carlos has an Industrial Engineer degree and mastered skill set in International Business Management and Development. Having an entrepreneurial mindset led him to launch his own company 20 years ago, focusing on import and export operations management and international purchasing management for clients in Latin America. Carlos has demonstrated success at eliminating waste and creating efficiencies within production processes. He's an expert at devising efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to improve the quality and effectiveness of products and services. Carlos is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.

Andrew Mueller

Co-Founder/Chief of Investor Relations and Emerging Technologies

Born in Danbury, Connecticut, Andrew has a strong background in international project management and transnational project execution with local partners. He earned a Masters in International Relations from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a graduate from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Andrew has spent the last 20 years as an Intelligence officer and Foreign Policy expert for the United States Marine Corps. Much of those years have been spent in frontier markets throughout Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East planning and implementing projects for the U.S., as well as building personal networks and relationships. Before the Marine Corps, Andrew was Vice President of an import and wholesaling company for agricultural products from Latin America. He also served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Guatemalan highlands. Andrew is fluent in English and Spanish.
